Chris Jericho took to Twitter this morning to share a misleading tweet about the election.
Im not a political person, but is it strange to anybody else, that for the first time ever, we have to wait a day…2 days…5 days…10 days…to find out who won the the presidential race?

Were you not alive in 2000? Or are you just that uninformed?

Chris, I’m an actual longtime fan. In 2000 we had to wait until Dec 12 and a Supreme Court ruling. This year, the pandemic forced a ton of people to do mail-in voting and the counting is going to take a very long time. That’s the real explanation, not some conspiracy. Thanks!

Unless you're a teenager, there was a much longer wait within your own lifetime.

Yeah super strange … you remember what it's normally like during the other pandemics?

Shut up chris
No.

It isn't the first time ever.

Yeah, almost as if there’s a pandemic or something that lead to record mail in votes
— Kidbehindacamera (@Lyricoldrap) November 4, 2023
No it happens every election it takes awhile to count the ballots and in states like Pennsylvania the Republicans wouldn’t let the mail in ballots be couned ahead of time
